The report also includes wage data to help identify high-wage clusters and occupations. Report findings include: jobs for workers with only a high school diploma or less are declining; 29 percent of all job openings will require either some college or an Associate's degree by 2018; the fastest growing clusters also have the highest concentration of workers with postsecondary education, and how a Bachelor's degree or higher helps guarantee access to jobs in all of the career clusters.
