This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Summer Bridge Program, which is designed to increase the success of students enrolling in college and decrease the need for developmental education. Data from site visits, a final report from the Bridge Program administrators, student’s perceptions from the post program survey, student outcomes, and recommendations from staff. Conclusions were difficult to draw as not all students were given the post program survey and pre program surveys were not administered, though a majority of the surveyed students had positive Bridge Program experiences and there was a high level of parental support reported by students.
